Something American I reckon, judging by the quality of the plastics, LHD etc. But haven;t a clue really.

From the rugged look of the trim, switch gear and door card, I'm guessing it's some sort of American SUV/pick-up. Lack of low range and a manual gearbox would make me lean towards pick-up.
