Well, it got them in the news. Ate there at the weekend, food is definitely above "good pub" standard and prices are good value. I had lamb which I costed at about £4.50, paid £15.95. Considering the location, quality of food and service I found it good value and will be going back (not for the spud though)

Why is it served on a chopping board ?

For 40 quid, I'd at least want it on a plate !

biglaugh They go to the trouble of putting the accents in crème fraîche (mind you it looks to me as though they have them all wrong) and then spell spuds as spud's hehe doh!
