Get your corner weighting checked at the Growl for just £10 (ALL donated to charity). Will be done by a very well respected person in TVR circles who wishes to remain nameless. Just book in on the day as I'm not certain what time he's going to be there or stay until. It will just be a simple weighting for each corner to determine if you've got a good set up or otherwise. For a tenner it's a bargain as you'll know if you've got a good set up or you need to get some further adjustments done.
People tend to change dampers, bushes, drop links, wheels etc but don't think too much about waht effect that has on the cars set up. Said person hs just chaged by dampers so I'm going on as it had been set up previous to that. The setup took a whole weekend and they were full days too. Unfortunately, bits tend to seize or are very difficult to budge which adds to the time.
If we get time to do adjustments (for extra dosh of course) then we can but didn't want one car spending all day with the operator.

Nah., it would be a bargain if they adjust as well, for the money;).
Mind you, I get mine gone as part of my regular service, and its about £120 normally for a full geo setup with corner weighting.
I have to say, I am really shocked that people don't get it done let alone done on a regular basis with these cars.

If you're going to go to the lengths of cornering weighting for perfection, then shouldn't such be done with whoever is normally in said motor actually sat in it......

Otherwise the perfection of doing so is kinda lost by at least 8 to 20 stone!

As the scales are low level the driver can sit in the car. There's not enough time to do ballast with each car.
