earth / bonding wire on chargecooler plenum

Hi guys,

Does anybody know where the braided earth / bonding wire that is bolted to the back of the chargecooler plenum connects to? Mine is broken and I am having some difficulty locating where it is supposed to fasten to. I doubt that it differs between models, but just in case it does it is on a SE. Hope the description I have given is sufficient!

Danny:
I just ran through 14 inches of newly fallen snow to check mine out. I'm not sure if mine is hooked up right, bot it goes from the chargecooler to a bolt behind the heat shield. Thats the plate protecting the plug wires, etc from the turbo. I would assume any good ground from the chargecooler to the engine block is the purpose of the wire. Hope thats some help..

It is supposed to run to the bolt behind the heat shield.
