As per title, what do the PH brigade reckon this car is worth:

The car is a red 1996 Fiesta Encore 3 door, ok nothing special, but with a GENUINE 19000 miles on the clock.
My mate has offered it to me if I want it or it suffers a fate worse than death by going on Ebay. He bought it from his next door neighbour who bought it new and has known the car all its life, so no question about the mileage being genuine.

The car was fitted with seat covers when bought and they are still on the seats. It drives like new, no rust and everything works.
It has been serviced/MOTd every year at the same time and the book stamped up, last one was this March when it got a new MOT at the same time.

What is it worth??

Nah, less than that. My 98 fiesta encore with 12 months tax and test is worth around 650.

At the end of the day it's an old fester, and whatever the mileage, I wouldn't be happy paying more than about 750 for it seeing as there are better alternatinatives out there, even if they do have 5 times the mileage.

ok, its a rubbish car, but if its really only done 19000 miles and not rusty it should be £1k to £1.5k

I thought that too. Also depends on condition of the bodywork, but if its only done 19k then it should be in good condition.

also depends where you live cars in the SE are more than elsewhere, if it was down here i be saying £750 if the rest of the condition matches the mileage.
Last year i paid £400 for a 94 with 85k documented miles and it was the cheapest car available within 10 miles taxed and tested.
