The sun was out, so came to work in the V8S today, roof down, nice weather, bring on the summer!! Went for a blast or three at lunchtime with colleagues that have been busting to have a ride out in the dry and it didnt disappoint!!

It certainly reminded me what I have been missing over the winter months, hope this weather continues from now on!! Hope its nice on Friday as thats the day I go to film the footage for the Top Dog TV programme at Bruntingthorpe, should be a great day! I will let you all know when its to be shown on TV. It will be on the Men&Motors on SKY channel 139, the first show incidently is on this Wednesday 17th of March at around 8-9pm. But if you do miss it, its repeated each night until the following Wednesday.

Cheers

Mike

I thought about taking the S2 to work today, but i did not trust the weather, and I am now regretting it
Enjoy you trip home in the sun, not that I am jealous (much).

I'm at home sick..... but not too sick to go out for a short blast!

Glorious sunshine, 16 degrees, clear roads and lots of lovely opping and crackling from the exhausts!

(I feel better already)

If you ask them on the day of filming they should be able to tell you what episode number you'll be in - looking forward to seeing the S trounce the porker!

I should be in episodes 2, 6 and 10 apparently, so I need to line up a couple of people to tape them for me I think since I don't get Sky!

I will make a point of recording the whole series (cars only) and I can arrange a copy for you no problem.

Exactly what I thought. Got home at 3o/c roof off and out for a blatt round the Hampshire countryside. 2 miles out and intermittent misfire - turn round to come home. Intermittent misfire becomes becomes terminal misfire so sit and enjoy the sunshine with the roof off while waiting to be rescued. Never mind try again another day. To be continued on another thread.........

Excellent, thanks!

That'll be two I owe you then - one for the introduction and one for the finished article!

Nice to be able to drive around with the roof off, heater off and shades on.
