radiator fan not working

i have checked the fuses in the fuse box in passenger footwell all are ok, put a live feed to the fans and they come on. reconnected the plug under the radiator and shorted the connection on the otter switch no fan? changed the otter switch still no fans,swapped the relays over in the main fuse box as all the relays appear to be the same spec no fan?also the temperature needle hasnt moved when the engine warms up ????????any ideas thanks kev...

My connector to the fan motor was dodgy - one minute it was OK next it wasn't working. If you wiggled it the fan would go on and off
I've chopped it out now and just joined the wires with crimp connectors.

after removing the thermostat housing and finding the centre of the stat had been removed ive fitted a new one ,wired up an overide switch for the fan,only to find the radiator is leaking, i have dropped it of for repair then all the problems should be solved fingers crossed .kev ps good luck for thr MOT ..........
