I've heard some good things about this trim restorer and I'm looking for some opinions about it. I'm a bit OCDish about my interior, and I'm always on the lookout for a good matte finish cleaner. I've previously used AG interior shampoo and more recently diluted Megs APC.
I'd like something which makes the black bits of the dash 'blacker' (like the glossy cleaners) but without the shine.
Any ideas?

Designed for the exterior - if you want matt finish, then use 303 Aerospace Protectant or Einszett Cockpit Premium - the former being loaded with UV inhibitors, and also multi-purpose by doing leather, door seal rubber, tyre dressing (pretty limited durability though), etc.

C4 is utterly brilliant, but only designed for exterior use. I use Sonus Cockpit Detailer: http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/interior/sonus-cockp...

OK cheers I might give that one a go. I have some 303 aerospace protectant but I find that a bit glossy for the interior. Great for bumpers/under the bonnet though.

i use 303, spray on and rub in and just keep going until dry and gives a good matt finish, it's brilliant stuff and i'll keep buying it. and i can't stand glossy finishes...looks too tacky and artificial.

Meguiars Ultimate Dash & Trim is very good. Buff off after initial application to leave a clean streak free matt finish. No silicones and its also UV protected. wink

here is the c4 on a clio v6 panal under the windscreen,it was damaged by UV rays this is by far the best sealent on the market. 1 appliction will last upto 2 years as it uses a covalent bond.

That looks good. Was the pic taken after the product had dried?
Also is C4 good for door seals etc? I have Gummi Pledge (sp) which seems OK, but if there's something better...
