:man: dont want to get in to slagging match about cars and there owners on here but must warn any one whos
thinking about buying a 4.2 cerb (white)97
i drove from chelmsford in essex to middlesbourgh thursday morning to look at it (bad move)
if you are looking at this car call me first to save you the pain.

poor car, heap off s#it,if you are sitting comfortable then i will begin,
1, passenger door does not open on its own.
2, when it does it jamms on door shut and rubs on wing.
3,owner does not know jack about car "its a rover ajp engine".
4,white over spray on red.
5,red over spray on red and under bonnet and in door jams and every were its hard to tape up.
6,wheel arch damaged.
7,roof linning falling down.
8,tin of cheap oil in boot.????
9,bonnet sit high one side touching down .
10,odd tyers on front.
11,owner never let it warm up and wacked it down the road,
12,two log books one says cat C the other not
13, both log books say red car when its white (ish)
14,not kept at owners house round mates?? mates drive has got 3 cars with number plates taped up and wax crayon no on windows ;just like the ones in the damaged repair shops????
15, owner cant find dip stick.
16, ticks like a damaged timex .
17,dif whines more than the wife.
18, brakes are spongy and soft.
19,owner cant remember when he had it re sprayed.
20, never told dvla (forgot).
21, engine knocks more than the postman.
now im loosing the will to write,other than these bits it was fine, but to be fair this is only my oppinon, good points were
