Quick stupid auction question - sorry.

Afternoon all,

2 weeks ago I sold a banger on the bay. The winner arranged collection 3 times, he has now ceased contact. tt.

I have started the non paying winner action which means I will get my listing fees back and he will have a strike mark put against him.

Do I need to wait until this is over before I relist the car or can I do it now?

It has become obvious he will not pay.

^+1. Happened a couple of times to me, you can always block him as a bidder on your next auction which might be a sensible thing to do.
