Who are the best TXT HPI check people to use?

Once I used one to check a car that was cut in half in a breakers yard, and it came back telling me the car was perfect.

So who do you use?

None, the cheap text type checks don't tell you if it has outstanding finance.

Proper HPI, or Experian check are the only ones to be sure with.

I believe HPI carries a guarantee of upto £25k or something - incase they give you duff info and you buy a bent car.

Ok what about insurance and stolen records? Are the TXT type ones any good at that?

Dont know, I've never used them, but why would you pay to find out some information, and not know if it has outstanding finance, which actually the most likely thing that the car might have?
