World Cup Final live: BBC or ITV poll

The BBC is claiming 18 million viewers last night. so I was wondering how many people watched it on ITV, if any?

If the numbers are as low as I think, I've got to ask, why do advertisers bother with ITV during these events

I watched on the BBC, don't know why you'd go with ITV given the choice. Bad pundits, poor commentary and a picture that always seems to be slightly blurry compared to the BBC.

Apparently only 3.8 million watched on ITV.

Was working last night but always prefer BBC coverage to ITV if they cover the same games. Listened to it on the way back home on Radio 5 and I don't think I missed much according to Alan Green.
