Forza 3 on-line racing, what are all the symbols/numbers?

This has been troubling me for ages.
When racing in a public lobby I see a few things and I have no idea what any of them mean if somebody can help?
1) A green dot next to my name or another name
2) A crown next to a name
3) What do the numbers mean? I think I am 19(pro) but this hasn't changed for weeks.

Means there using a painted car from there own garage
2) A crown next to a name
They bought the VIP version of the game

2) The crown means that they have bought the upgrading version of the game
3) The number shows the the on-line skill rating of the driver and changes subject to how frequently you race on line and how sucessful/unsucessful you are. i.e. If you're Pro 19 and race online with lots of people Champion 26 beating them your rating will improve and theirs will get worse.
