points on license

Guys,

Does anyone know how I find the total of all my old points and fines, I need to provide this to my bosses, they want to know all past points and fines regardless of how long ago.

They are not on my license any more as I have moved a few times since I was 17

Don't tell them, if your current license is clean then they have no way of finding out about past fines/points/etc....I think.

If they're not on your license then it's none of their business - even if you had gone around burgling old grannies and murdering their kittens, if the offence is spent then it's none of their business - Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

I'd avoid any confrontation issues by simply saying that you've never had any.

(Above does not apply if you're in some job that needs enhanced disclosure).

They have no right to know, unless you are getting security cleared or getting an enhanced CRB or some such, when it might be an idea to tell. If the convictions are spent then you can quite legally say that you never had any.
