Eat lots of Ghost chillis (aka Naga Morich, Bhut Jolokia) and at the moment I work with them on a daily basis whilst making products for the big chilli fiestas. Got eight kilos of dried Nagas to get through over the next three weeks.

I think that the 7 pot/7pod or the Trinidad Scorpion might be hotter, but until someone throws some money at them to sort the scoville testing out, the Naga is offically the hottest. I think it's tastier too.

I bought a bottle of this on Saturday, not been brave (read drunk) enough to try it yet.

Other than to mess about with tasting drops of it with mates... I think I'll have a go at adding a few drops of it to a chilli to see what difference it makes and whether it imparts extra flavour or just insane heat.
