Hello chaps, I'm hoping one of you good TV&S PHers can help....?

My good friends Donna and Nathalie are getting hitched in a venue not far from Chieveley on Saturday July 31st. I've learnt today that they've been dropped in it as far as a car goes, and I'm hoping someone may be able to help.

Basically, I'd love to organise something interesting to drive them from their hotel to the venue, which I'm assured is less than 5 mins, at about 3pm. Location is close to Chieveley.

If anyone has a spare hour or so on that day, I'd love to hear from you! If anyone can help, I will of course sort out a reward and petrol money, etc.

Thanks chaps, no worries.

Yes, two very nice young ladies getting married, not unusual these days! I don't see it as an issue.

Can anyone else help?

Is it at The Crab? I had my reception there, it's superb.

So you need a car with more than two seats then?

Are they fans of anything specific, like American stuff or modern sports cars, or are you looking for an old Rolls or something?

I'd offer the 650 for use but getting in the back of that isn't going to be helpful!

Not sure of the location, I'm not at home so can't see the invite, and am stuck in a hotel with only 2g connectivity, so t'internet is sloooooooooowwwww.... will check when back in the office tomorrow.

They're not really fans of cars specifically, they just looking for something a bit different to further enhance the day...

I think the 650 would be a little 'unlady-like' for ingress/egress...but thanks anyway!

If you get really stuck I might have an A8/7 series/S Class available.

Just wanted to extend a major 'thank you' to BMW2002 (Nigel) for saving the day yesterday. A lovely V8 A8 just added to what turned out to be a great (if somewhat, ahem 'fluid') day!

Cheers fella thumbup
