Air conditioning & wet leg on acceleration.......

Just wondered whether anyone else is getting this, and is it normal?

On a long run down to London at the weekend in the hot weather, had the aircon on max. No problem when steady speed, travelling down A1, but when accelerating HARD out of each of the roundabouts my right lower leg got "dripped on".... I assume from the aircon?

Do I have an incontinent car, or is it just some condensation gathering somewhere in a pool then dumping on acceleration? I only noticed it on the A1 with the longer gaps at steady speed...... with intermittent bursts of acceleration.

If aircon is set too cold then it can freeze, thaw and drip...?

Yep, I get the same, the odd splash now and then, normally after a quick change in direction or hard acceleration.
