RAF training flights, where to view?

I once found a website which suggested places to watch Tornado's and such on training flights ie going along valleys etc. I also used to watch Jaguars strafing at Donna Nook which was thrilling.

Does anybody know where I can find out about good places to view as well as if there's any kind of agenda? I'm based in Nottingham so fairly central. Thanks.

Looks like Wales Teresa but Donna Nook, Humberside may still be operational. I had a really good time there.
