Here’s a few of my LeMans Classic photo’s – slightly biased to AC Cobra’s!

Plus Points:
A great trip down there with some wonderful machinery on the A16/A28
Gold standard of cars taking part in the racing, on club displays and on the camp-site
Great people - on the way down, at the camp-site, at the ACOC dinner, on circuit - all car people with huge amounts of enthusiasm for motor cars & motor racing
Great weather all weekend

Not so good:
The Great Weather – camping at Mason Blanche in 38 degree heat takes it out of you
Mason Blanche “Facilities” – very poor, dirty and the massively under catered for the amount of people on the site (it wasn’t even full) – a total disgrace
Queues for everything on site – the staff just didn’t know what they were doing or were able to handle the amount of people
Breaks in the racing - seemed to be an hour on - hour off format?

All in all a great trip – but definitely the last time I’ll be camping…

^^ lol nah your not going mad James, just forum band wangons mate wink Great to meet you btw....along with Martin and mrs and support crew biggrin

Great pictures there fella! Facilities were good, but as always with any Leman event in MB they're only good if you've timed it right. Also, pick the showers on the far left if you want a warm one.

Jim (Duggan)
good to meet up - me and Matt with the rather boring 535d?
Enjoyed the banter, bbq on Thursday night and the sight of you polishing the beast every waking hour! Still, I would be the same. Take care and see you in 2012.
wink

Was it really an hour break? I thought it was more like 20 minutes. I liked the breaks - gave you a chance to get a drink/food, before watching the next start. And what with the running starts - I didn't want to miss any of them smile
