I can buy a 2 litre bottle of fizzy juice for about a pound, why do I need a soda stream?

Cheaper, more convenient, no need to cart bottles of drink about. Whether or not Sodastream Tonic Water tastes anything like Schweppes is another matter of course!

Hmm, the only bottles seem to be 1 litre, so much of what you make will go flat. The bottles used to be much smaller.

As I remember, not a single one of the SodaStream flavours tasted right. They should have called them "Yellow Snow", "Earwax", and "Brown stuff". Very surprised it is making a comeback.

I thought it was very big on mainland Europe still... so really they are just coming back to the UK again!

Though agree on the flavours, wasn't real fizzy drinks.

Pssst, Pssst, Pssst, Pssst, Buurrrrp, Buurrrp - drink ready!

The cylinders are used to add CO2 to home brew kegs - the most important application.
