My Boxster is having bit of an overhaul at the moment including the suspension sorted which means re-setting the geometry.

I seem to remember that someone came up with an improvement over the factory settings for road / track day use. Unfortunatley I have lost them...Doh!

Does any one have the revised geometry settings?

Cheers,

Al.

You will find them in a recent Porsche Post - not sure if I still have it. Nic Doczi of the Boxster Register PCGB is the man to contact if the you want the info. The PCGB Forum is a good place to get hold of him.

BTW - he and I are having a friendly disagreement on this matter - I feel the factory settings have never let me down on track and what is he bothering with tiny adjustments for...he reckons although the difference is minor turn-in is improved at little or no cost in additional tyre wear.

Make up yer own mind.

Thanks for the information Don.

I must admit I was offered an 'upgrade' to the M030 by the garage but, like you, I feel it has performed flawlessly. I only occasionally 'make progress' but the M030 has been superb so I declined the offer of an upgrade and had the M030 shocks / springs / roll bars completely replaced as it wasn't much more than the price as four new shocks (?!)

Given your comments I think I will stick with standard settings as they are more capable than I am anyway.

Cheers,

Al.
