...... to the guy who helped me out at the entrance to Le Harvre port. I had an issue with my Black Tiger Supercat and he gave a hand. He also supplied a tow rope in case we neeeded it (which we did not) and I'd like to return it.

Hi Paul; glad to be of assistance; please keep the tow rope, and perhaps one day you will be able to pass it on to someone who needs it (TVR owners take priority!!)

Thanks once again. I did a couple of tours of the ferry trying to find you but obviously failed.

I contacted Green Flag whilst still in Le Havre and they arranged for recovery to meet me in Portsmouth. It all went very smoothly and a new STRONGER bracket is being fabricated to replace the bent piece of tin the builder used!!

If you are sure about the rope I will make sure it either gets used or is passed to a deserving cause. I will make a point of searching out a TVR that needs help. Shouldn't take long
