Does anyone know where i can get a battery for my ford explorer. My other half says you cannot get one in the uk. and that he will have to have one specially made.

rubbish, there are plenty of batteries out there that will fit your explorer.

Take the existing one to Halfords and get the closest match to the size and cold crank rating.

Might not be that simple, some US cars (even ones sold in the UK) have different terminals.

e.g.

screw in terminals not pins:



But you can still get them in the UK either way.
