Andorra is supposed to be very cheap. They don't have tax there ect. My parents were staying in the south of france in their motorhome and drove to andorra to fill up for the journey home because it worked out so much cheaper. Obviously if your in northen europe then its probably not worth it.

So why are you asking now? Do you think people know what price fuel will be in 6 months time?!?
Plus, if you are in Europe, where? And will the price of fuel dictate where you go?

Lists comparable fuel prices in many european states. Spain and Switzerland are cheap-ish!

Staying away from the motorway services and buy at supermarkets that's probably the best you can do.
