Can anyone tell me the relevance of the truck's weight?

Do they think that will help it be spotted?

"Oh grey Dodge diesel pickup truck! I wonder if it's the one stolen by the wannabe cowboy?"

"Nah, not heavy enough, eh?"

Things haven't got worse since I was there then.......... Why don't they just go to the Calgary Stampede and wait for him to turn up........

Going to be hard to spot. Given that everyone is currently strolling about Calgary looking like a cowboy at the moment anyway. Perhaps the dog is the clue. I didn't see many dogs out and about.

Possibly because it is part of the vehicle's name, and as such it will help people identify it, would you expect a better description than a stolen Ford car?

Well, if my mum spotted it, she would report it as a blue, no wait, it might have been black, actually, it could have been dark green............................
