What seats do people have?

Just interested really.
I find with the standard seats, I am continuously sliding forward and have to keep pushing myself back. I might try lifting the front of the seat a bit or may be increasing the padding in the front of the seat. Or I might think about changing them but I don't want anything that looks out of place.

I found the same but chose the cheaper-and-easier-to-fit option - the CG Lock. It does not provide lateral support for the body but does let you lock the lap belt tight and hold the hips in place for spirited driving.I find with the standard seats, I am continuously sliding forward and have to keep pushing myself back. cerb seats in mine,but i confess done by the previous owner and ive never tried standard seats to see the difference.... but ive no complaints other than during a long drive, say couple of hours i get back ache that i dont get in the subaru.
Funny you say that not sure what subaru you have but i found my Impreza seats the worst i have sat in for any long drives they were really bad for back ache.I find the standard seats very good i did 3000 miles in 11 days round europe in them and found them nearly as good as my old jag for comfort. dont think i will change mine.

I've made a few enquiries about Tuscan and Cerb seats and they are ridiculously expensive (£700 +). So I think I'll have a play with the standard ones to see if I can make them better. If I come up with any good solutions, I'll post them on here.....

No, they won't. I had a Roadster before the Griff and they are great seats, so still being part of the MR2ROC managed to get one for free. Unfortunately it's permanently fixed to it's runners and tilt mechanism, and it's those parts that make it too wide to fit. A shame really as they are cheap and plentiful 
I have just bought a pair of Cerbera Seats for mine. A fellow Griff owner took me out in his 500 SE a while back and I was suitably impressed by the additional support offered by the Cerb seats over the originals. I tend to slide around a bit in mine.
That is a lovely interior Sonic. It is nice to see deep red carpets, most TVRs with red carpets I have seen have turned a pink colour with age.
