Recommend Someone like jamesvillas but not jamesvillas?

I have used James Villas before and they were great, but wondering if there are other companies that do a similar villa thing as the range remaining in James for this year is a bit disappointing. Looking for Spain/Portugal/Italy any clues?

Excellent service.Bit pricey in season but not bad outside the main holiday season. We used them for an April villa in Mallorca and they were excellent.

However, to save money, owner sites like the one above and www.villarenters.co.uk and www.holidaylettings.co.uk offer a very reliable DIY service which I always favour to keep the costs down and offer more flexibility to use the local airport.

I rent my place through Villas and Vacations (Algarve, Portuga) as per previous replies, the rental market is much better this year, my place has gone for the whole summer bar a few odd days.

You could try Fegan Property, they manage the resort we are based on and they also handle rentals

we have dealt with a villa rental through CV Travel...They certainly do have nice villas on their books.

Another good and up-and-coming site for Italy is italylettings.com
They certainly now have a lot of properties listed on their website.

We use either

www.villaselect.com

or

www.sealandvillas.com

We find they both offer the same or better villas at a lower price that James Villas

Owners Direct is pretty good as well.
