The wall lights keep popping fuses/bulbs! Not bad for a 4 year old rewire...

I'll text you a number of the guy who re-wired our house. Great service, Nice guy, Not one problem in the last 3 years

my wall lights at home did the same thing after a very similar length of time.
It turned out to be the bulb holders had corroded connections inside, can only assume they sort of sweated.
Replaced the whole fitting as they were quite cheap and that was easier.

Our flats just had 16 light fittings replaced for the same reason
