I'm guessing thats not an original paint job! I thought I was doing well using Orange Crush Dodo Wax

It doesn't actually look too bad in that colour. Not exactly original but I quite like it, I am biased though!

Little above my price range plus I'm quite attached to the one sitting on my drive

It's currently getting a wheel overhaul. My arm is killing me from all the rubbing down sanding!

Keep at it mate, I`ve done two sets of wheels, they look ok when finished. The L/H wheel was corroded like the one on the right and I like them polished Oh I haven`t forgot, as soon as work comes along you`ll get a light blue rumbler down your way Complete with Chimmy seats.

I'm glad you put those pics up, I was losing hope I'd have the will power to do all 4! I polished one first but it ended up with all the pits and manky bits polished so I went back to wet n' dry. Its been days!

Believe it or not - this could be an original colour choice

I have a copy advert poster of an S in that colour - will photo it and post when I get a chance.

Could this be an original 'poster' car (just with updated, if not a bit strange looking, mirrors)??
