Yep, a raw chicken wing once or twice a week. Or other raw meaty bones that you can get cheaply from your butcher, or even free!

Has to be raw though, not cooked. I don't think you are ever supposed to give you pets cooked bones, I could be wrong on that though, but I know you're ever supposed to give them cooked chicken bones at least.

Not only to do the above clean their teeth, they also love to chomp them.

Vet is the only way really. Our dig was a bugger, tried every product under the sun and it didnt work. Trip to the vet, they took 1 or 2 out and cleaned the rest. Brilliant.

Chicken wings yes - and as noted, RAW. They must NOT be cooked.

Other bones you run the risk of the dog cracking a tooth.

We also use carrots for out mutts, they clean the teeth quite well.

Have you tried using a toothbrush and toothpaste?
My malamute loves having her teeth brushed, she sits patiently behind me every morning in anticipation.
If the wife finds out who's toothbrush I use she'll not be too pleased!
Just kidding, the bh has her own brush. (Did you see what I did there?)
