just comin thru Alvaston in Derby (9pm) and saw a police tranny van with a 11-15 foot pole stickin up out the middle of roof and camera on top of pole, (van was hidden behind wall} surely this aint right, whats up with the police, all they wanna do is persecute the motorist!!

I Think this is a CCTV van not scamera contraption.

Wouldnt put it past them tho....
