Roll over hoop bolt

I have just noticed a rattling noise from the o/s rear of my car and it is the actual swivel mounting bolt of the rear hood section, it is loose and when I try to tighten it it just spins and spins, I need to take a close look at it but has anyone else on here had the same problem ? I fear there may be a captive nut bedded in the fibreglass that has just worked loose and therefore may give me a head ache

Nuts not captive, if you feel down the carpet a bit (about half way between pivot bolt and seat belt reel) there is an opening where you can get your hand in to get a spanner on the back.

Beware jaggy fibreglass !!!!!
