Importing tyres from us, what are the costs?

Hi Guys,

Trying to track down tyres for GT-R in UK without any joy at the moment, have found in the US at a cost of $1500 inc shipping.

I was wondering if anyone had a rough idea of what Tax’s/Duty/Broker fees I should be expecting?

Bung 25% on top of the delivered price to give you a rough idea.

Check they are e marked or you might end up uninsured and getting points.

ETA - www.camskill.co.uk have fronts in stock but rears are out of stock.

Well car parts attract 3.5% import tax if they are categorised as such then you pay VAT on everything including shipping I think.
