Site has a history of accidents, yet no camera. I got hit up the a*** by a car that was driving too close. Admitedly it probably wasn't speeding much, but the limit was stupid bearing in mind the number of lanes merging.

Do I have enough case here to sue Essex for breah of Public Trust, and for not having a camera at this location?

Bearing in mind the trades description act - the word "Safety" MUST actually mean that it makes the public SAFER, then this is a betrayal of trust.

Essex makes a point of pursuing people for pecuniary advantage, and from personal experience tries to blackmail people into signing a confession.

This does not sound like a "Safety Partnership" to me (note I removed the word "camera" from this expression).

So we have a weasily money grabbing COMPANY that MONOPOLISES the safety issue. Can I take a civil action against them? I want to hurt them bad, because I think they are hurting innocent people.

Labour: making money from peoples suffering. They have no interest in safety, only money. Yet they can't see that thousands of illegal immigrant terrorists are costing us billions of pounds.... and funny how they want to charge people "board and lodgings" when they are fitted up by crooked BiB.... what a corrupt regime. Let's hit them in the wallet.
