Where to buy a Ferrari??

Hi all

So im finally going to bite the bullet and buy a ferrari and my cheapest option is to import one myself from the UK to Aus. I have been modifying jap cars for many years but I have gotten to a point where I can actually afford the car I have always wanted. Now my problem is where is a reputable place to buy a Fez from? As Id hate to spend the money only to bring over a lemon or something thats been crashed and repaired at some stage. I have been looking on autotrader and also on here but are there any other places to look at?
I do have family over in Chesterfield that could possibly have a look at the car for me and I will get a PPI before purchase but I just want to minimise the risk as much as possible.
Im looking for a 348 and would like to spend under 30K on it, would it be possible to get decent car for this price?
Any advice would be appreciated.

not sure if the 348 is the best buy although many people on here will disagree. I know Mike Wheeler of Rardley motors in Hindehead sells a lot of cars abroad and here in the UK. Been exclusively selling Ferraris for 25 years now. Bought two cars from him and is very good straight and doesn't sell or stock dodgy cars

Screw Cartwright. I vouch for Ray ferguson, hes the one you need to buy your 348 from. I have alot of respect for Ray who is a long standing FOC concourse winner and his cars are top draw stuff. I remember the last 348 he sold, it was the most fantastic detailed 348 in the world.
Email the guy RUN011 i guarantee you will not be disappointed with any of Rays cars.
