Builder in Warwick/Leamington area?

Hello Peeps,

We're considering buying a house which will need a fair bit of work, including taking down part of a structural wall and re-arranging a couple of doorways. Can anyone recommend us a builder in the Leamington / Warwick area who will be happy to accompany us on a viewing with the estate agents and give us a quote for some work? (The house is unoccupied).

How much it would cost will determine how much we would be prepared to pay for the house, hence wanting a quote now.

Hi Ruari,

Give my mate Lee Tibbatts a call on 07957 574820 as he's a local builder and seems to have done most of the recent extensions/renovations on Northumberland road in Leamington. Tell him that Matt Osborne has put you in touch and he should be able to assist.

Thanks Matt - I'll give him a call tomorrow.

I'll want more than one quote eventually (if we do end up buying the house!) so if anyone has any further recommendations it would be great of course.
