Didn't think much of that one at all.

Me neither, it struggled to hold my interest and it wasn't funny. Very odd indeed.

The first one was good, but the second one didn't really feel like a family guy episode if you get what I mean. Like already said it wasn't that funny or interesting.

I think the second one was a "special" for an award ceremony- maybe Oscar for best animation next year??? It reminded me of the late 80s, when whitesnake, Guns n Roses, Metallica etc all decided to do a slow love song to apease the masses

Given what Stewie persuaded Brian to do, I'd be most amused to see a clip of it at the Oscars next year.

Is it going back to normal next week, or has FG jumped the shark?

I enjoyed the second one alot, but then I like Brian and Stewie as a duo. It was cut though, want to see the full version.

The comedy in the vault episode lay not in the onscreen humour or general grossness. no it lay in the subtext. Family Guy doing an episode like that? It's brilliant. Abd family with diologue like that, comedy genius. It would be like if Newsnight dedicated a whole show to slapstick, beer and porn, randomly one tuesday night! This series has been insane!

Watching that second episode I had tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard, something I have never had while watching something funny on TV before. Comedy gold...

I must be the only person who liked the second one. It was not your typical episode, I grant you that, but I found it rather uplifting! biggrin

Nope I enjoyed the 2nd one as well. Wasn't it the 150th episode or something like that ?
