HI ALL..IM LOOKING TO BUY A TVR CHIMAERA IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND NEED SOME ADVICE. HAS ANYONE EVER SUCCESSFULLY BUILT A BABY SEAT INTO ONE OF THESE CARS (YES YES I KNOW BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY I CAN PERSUADE THE WIFE !)AND COULD YOU TELL ME WHO DOES THEM...NO BODGE JOBS PLEASE, MY DAUGHTERS SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT. Unless of course you mean fit a rear facing in the passenger then yes the Maxi Cosi Citi fits fine.

I know of at least one person who has mounted a child seat in his DeTomaso Pantera and has thousands of miles traveling like that. He lives in the US, and UK regulations may be different but he's had no trouble with the law over the past 4? years?

I remember that discussion too........as far as I recall, all but the Cerbera are 2 seaters for insurance purposes so where would your insurance stand with a 3rd person being carried ?

Interesting thread above! IMHO anyone putting their own enjoyment ahead of their child's safety are bonkers and not fit to be a parent. If anything happened how could you live with it?
