I don't think he's very funny really, but then stand up is so subjective. Plus if I was in a good mood and a little bit pissed he might have been hilarious, so go for it I'd say, you can't be TOO disappointed at stand up comedy either way, can you?

Thanks, agreed! I never expect too much, and I tend to laugh regardless, so should be just fine...the few youtube videos didn't look too bad. Getting to the point where all the good comedians (and some not so) are heading north of the border for August!

It's either that or getting some tickets for Gervais in Bournemouth next week... and I know he provokes a marmite reaction on here!
