What to do in West Wales??
Discussion
Guys
We're having a UK holiday this year (I got p***ed off with driving to the Dordogne), staying in LLansteffan, West Wales, the kids are 9 and 11 and would normally spend the day in and out of the pool so the challenge is going to be keeping them occupied. We've booked surfing lessons for a couple of mornings and wil be taking the mountain bikes, any other suggestions for things to do in that area??

Your not far from Folly Farm, but Oakwood lesuire park may suit their ages better.
This is supposed to be spectacular

and not far from here is Carreg Cennin castle, the best in the region IMO.
Fishing trips go from Saudersfoot harbour (half-day Mackerel trips).
Dylan Thomas Boathouse in Laugharne, the land speed museum in Pendine and the National Botanical Gardens.

If you're talking Tenby, the kids will love Heatherton Activity Park, loads of stuff to do.
