HSBC Interview

Does anyone have any pointers on what type of info to have for a telephone interview regarding a role in one of their call centres? It appears as though I have an interview in 2 days but not sure on the type of questions they could ask. The role is a basic Customer Sales Executive one which will involve inbound calls. If I find out the type of questions, then I will post them up.

Anyone work for them or had any previous experience they would like to share?
