I'm sure someone will be along to confirm 100% but it sounds like it's just a drain pipe, probably from AC or something. Same thing happens in my 430.

+1

Also, given that it's coming from a purpose built pipe, kinda makes it unlikely to be a fault!

Hi,there are two small vent pipes coming from the battery.
I think they exit more in the middle of the car.
The other one i can think of is an overflow pipe which is attached to the top of
the neck of the w/screen washer bottle, not been doing any top up`s with that?
There are four drain pipes that attach to the drain holes under the black
wiper tray these run downwards but i think their quite short in length.
If you look at the wiper blade area you can see the small drain holes in the dips
of the plastic .
If your still concerned, see if you can take a pick of the pipe and its location.
cheers

Mine never leak as they were all blocked up with something!
Took me a year to notice as never had the car out in the rain until last month!
It think one must be something to do with the A/C as mine also has a small pool of water but only when the air con is running.
Baring in mind what it does it must dispose of the water somewhere.
