I have had brasied squirrel, quite nice (if cooked properly)- tastes like wild rabbit. a bit fiddly though and you often find you have to pull bones out of your mouth because you didnt notice them on the way in (or is that just the way i eat)
Was filmed eating one in a restaurant a couple of years ago and the above happened - not my best moment.
Edit: just read the article- it was Source in Bristol where the above took place- great place that by the way and the owner: Joe is a true gent.
