T350/Sagaris wiper question

Are the wipers from any standard car and available in any automotive shop? I know that "T350 wipers" are offered on ebay but I would like to know which type was used.

PS: However, I would measure the wipers and check if necessary.

I replaced mine last week with a pair of Bosch 18" from Halfords, spoiler on the drivers side. No problems with sqeual or lift and do exactly what they are supposed to do.

I did likewise - but with 19" Bosch.

I bought some from eBay - the more modern 'flat' style wiper with integral washer jet - they work very well.

Certainly look the part and clean up the (to my mind) unsightly loop arrangement that is fitted as standard.

The wipers on my T350 are pretty pathetic really. They are not smooth at all and i laugh everytime i use them to clean my window. I will dread using them when im out and it's raining!

Would changing the blades solve this or are they all pretty pathetic?

Probably. Mine work fine, and have since new. Decent 'normal' blades should work fine on the T350, not sure you need the flat blade type. Measure up and order some cheap from www.wiperblades.co.uk

Mine aren't too bad to be honest.

When you clean the car do you also clean the wiper blades? Also, rubber hardens with age - if the wiper blades are old then they will lose flexibility and might exhibit the behaviour that you describe, in which case replacing them would help.

Did you get the Tuscan ones on this link ? Any modification to fit on the T350 ? Assume it would be the same job on the Sagaris.

See that the Tuscan ones are 21" vs the others 16". Will measure tonight bt suspect it's the shorter ones

I actually asked the guy whether he had any T350 ones and he put up a new item. I'm 99.9% positive that they are the same as the Sagaris and Tamora but probably worth double-checking - my memory is failing me these days!

Hi - did you fit the 16 or 21 inch version on the T350????

I ordered the ones from this website yesterday for my T350C which it states are 18". They arrived today - just 24 hours later! I'll fit tomorrow and feedback the results. They look good and the packaging was excellent which bodes well.

Not sure tbh - as I said, I just asked him to put up some for a T350 which he did - I bought them and they fitted OK - job done

ETA - they were 18" - have just double-checked...

I've treated the windscreen with Rain-X. I'm not really sure if this actually works but anything that helps out the weak and feeble wipers has to be a good thing so thought it was worth a try?

OK, I fitted these this morning. A bit of a faff on cutting, threading and connecting the washer tubes so they don't flap about but don't chafe anywhere either. But, they work well, don't judder, don't impede the view of the road ahead from the passenger seat so much and seem to produce a fair spread of water onto the screen. A bit of a result for £20.

I always use plenty of rain-ex, if I'm on the motorway and it's raining I barely have to use the wipers the rain just shoots off!
