Join PH at Chelsea Auto Legends

The Chelsea Auto Legends event is stacked to the gunwales with exotic road and race machinery, and looks unmissable for anyone in London this weekend.

The organisers tell us the display includes 50 Le Mans cars, with two Porsche 917s, a pair of Ferrari 512Ss and a couple of Silk Cut Jaguars among the highlights.

They've also lined up a medley of historic Ferraris, a bevy of contemporary supercars and a bunch of Group B rally cars. With the promise of spectacular parades, helicopter and military displays, trade stands and food stalls - not to mention an area for PH cars on display - it looks like there'll be something for everyone.

It's too late to register your PH car for display because the event is full, however we're told the organisers are still on the hunt for a Ferrari Enzo and any sort of Koenigsegg - so if you've got one(!) and fancy a trip to Chelsea on Sunday let us know and we'll put you in touch.

General Admission tickets cost £12 (if pre-booked here) or £15 on the door, and accompanied kids under 16 go free. For more information visit the official website.

So, we fill a form out anyway - on the official website. Then, when does Pistonheads judge which cars are allowed?

Chris, it's quite a bit bigger but realisitcally I don't think it will be free as it's slap bang in cultivations

Had seen this previously and have already an 'accepted' entry with the Cerbera, not sure what section I will have been classified under however as didn't think to put PH. Looking forward to it though as sounds great.

You mean what is a PH car?

Seriously, as we've just announced this there's currently plenty of space. Applications will be processed on a (relatively) immediate basis so it's worth getting an application filled in online straight away, I would think.

The selection process will probably have to end up being a bit of a moveable feast later on, depending on which way the list develops under its own steam.

That didn't help much, either, did it..?

Best advice is just to have a go. If you get rejected nobody is going to know but you and us - unless you intend to make a big fuss about it on the forums, of course!

(And it will help to varying degrees if you have a 1000bhp supercar, a genuine sports or performance car, a serious hot hatch or anything 'interesting' in between...)

It's up to a secret committee working in a smoke-filled room, but personally I've always liked real Minis.

However instead of any more 'will I get in, won't I' type enquiries on this thread, please just try your luck via the website entry-form. It will be the quickest, surest way of finding out...
