If the size is within reason, in certain instances I think a fake could look better than the real thing, particularly when the real thing looks like a sock. It is popular for people to say 'I hate fake boobs' etc. but not all 'fakes' look like Jordan's overinflated water balloons.

Not a fan of fake boobs either tbh and cant see why a lass would put herself through the pain of going under the knife for something that will probably not affect her in the future.

Then agian i think that plastic surgery for looks (Ie not to sort or a burn/scaretc) is worrying being seen almost like makeup
