Nothing annoys me more on the road than having to carefully negotiate my way around a cyclist only for the to cycle up the inside lane to the top of the queue of traffic which has stopped for a red traffic light meaning I have to overtake the ignorant again. This occurs pretty much every day and really, really pisses me off.

Am I being unreasonable?

you should have opened your passenger door when you were stopped, then he would'nt have gone down the inside.

It is just the way things are - one minute he is holding you up, the next you are holding him up.

If the only thing that impacts your pointless existence is having to overtake cyclists then I'd say you've got, in context, absolutely fk all to complain about in the grand scheme of things.

So quit fking whinging and crack on.

You're right plotloss, this is the only thing that concerns me in my life. I really should be more grateful and tolerant. Thanks for giving me some perspective....

Yes. How much of a hurry are you in to join the back of the next queue? And how poor a driver are you if you struggle to pass a slow-moving, narrow road user safely and promptly?

In the rush hour I like to pick a car that looks like it's in a particular hurry and beat it to a given point... Great fun and good exercise to boot.

How much of a hurry are they in to feel the need to undertake every vehicle that has already overtaken them to skip to the front of the queue?
