Is the new XBOX 360 s worth it?

If you want a 250gig 360 then why not? Should be quieter and more reliable and a bit smaller.

Do what I did and just buy an arcade 360 and put the hard drive from your old dead 360 on the new machine and everything will be ok and all your data will be swapped over as well.

IMO its what MS should have released at the start, but it typical MS fasion they would take everyones money instead.

Personally I am not going to bother as it does nothing extra that my Jasper Elite dosnt do, same chip set but just a bit smaller. Already have the Wifi and dont need a bigger HDD. All they have done is put in everything the PS3 has done from the off but forgot the Blu ray drive

local gamestation did a deal £110 store credit for an elite 120gb so £90 cost to upgrade, then 6 full priced games for only £20 each, resold 5 of them for £150, so not much to upgrade overall. you get the double sized disk, needed the wifi and much sleeker and quieter console, good deal imo.

Defo worth it, I traded mine in last week and now I have a new warrenty, super quiet, looks cool, huge harddrive and I like the feel of the new controller aswell. Duno if thats in my head but it feels better.

Don't like the 'fixed' HD, as is I can take the HD from my elite to a friends house whenever I want and put it on his machine. So going to stick with what I have. At the moment I can't see any positives for me in the new machine.

Defo not experienced it, fans everywhere and a big beast of a fan at the top which expells alot of heat. But tbh my old one never overheated, crashed a couple of times but no RROD crap thats apparently so common.
