Report Button on Mobile PH

For instance the "Why can't you..." Thread in the lounge. I would quite happily press the report button if there was one. If one on every post would slow Mobile PH up too much, how about one at the top/bottom of each page, then detail about which post caused offence can be put in by the person reporting the incident.

It just doesn't make sense not to have one in my mind.
