Which 4WD, big boot, £10k, 30k mile car?

Hi all,

Never thought I'd be posting one of these but here goes nothing...

Sister is in the market to replace her 2001 Rav4 three-door thing that's falling to pieces. Requirements are:
- Must be large enough to fit a dog in the boot
- Must be 10k or under
- Must have less than 30k miles on the clock
- Must be manual

Preferences are:
- Look "nice" (whatever that means)
- 4WD (as in a 4*4, not as in Audi Quattro - although an estate car is an option)

ATM what she likes most is Nissan X-Trail.

We're based near Guildford if that makes any difference.
